I was playing an awesome round of Bad Company 2 this morning, and I was getting ready to knock down a building with 2 enemies in it with my T90 tank when – Poof! The network goes down. Again. With no explanation from Sony yet..

In the latest episode of Pulse it has been confirmed that the Playstation Store will be updated on Tuesday’s now instead of Thursday’s in the U.S. According to Pulse Tuesday updates will start on May 4th, while keeping Thursday’s update until then. This announcement comes after last week’s rumors that the Europe store will move it’s update day to Wednesday. However, nothing for Europe has been confirmed yet.

After much deliberation and teasing through twitter Yoichi Wada and Square have finally confirmed a PSN release of Final Fantasy IX. Confirmed on twitter through a six second video by none other than Yoichi himself. I’m especially excited for this since VII and VIII I already had on discs so IX will be the first one I’ll get to purchase from the PSN store.
