What perfect timing! The promising contender for GAME OF THE YEAR 2011, Portal 2, comes out on Tuesday and the very next day, attackers (who will remain anonymous) have shut down the entire Playstation Network. Don’t you just LOVE it?
Regardless of whether you support the group that has caused this issue or not, (I sure don’t) the fact remains that people who have paid for services available via PSN are very upset, and millions of gamers are left S.O.L. with their favorite games collecting dust in the corner while Sony tries to figure out how to prevent this from happening again.

According to Gamervision sources close to Sony have confirmed with them that a PSPGo “relaunch” is imminent, complete with a marketing blitz in order to spark some new excitement over the handheld device.
What else will the relaunch entail? There are a number of possibilities, and there’s little doubt a price drop might be among them.
With GDC right around the corner I’m sure Sony will announce any news or price drops at the conference. Until then stay posted for more information.
